Splitsville: Celebs Call It A Day On Love

It’s not been a good week for celebrity couples this weekend. Fresh off the heels of Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson’s shock split, three other celebs have decided to call it quits on their romance.

Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy

After over five years of romance, the bad boy Prince and his girlfriend have decided to pull the plug on their on/off relationship. Friends claim the spark between Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy has officially faded, plus Chelsy plans to move back to South Africa to begin a legal career.

Sources say she told her friends:

“We’re finished. This is a new beginning for me. I want to start my career in South Africa where I plan to spend the rest of my life. I don’t want to live in Britain.”

And being tired of Harry’s apparent playboy ways, the source adds:

“She was distraught when they split last year but it’s different now. She knows she did everything to make it work. It was a gradual end to the relationship. It whimpered out.”

Danny Cipriani and Kelly Brook

Kelly Brook and her toy boy rugby player boyfriend, Danny Cipriani have split after 22 months together. The actress and model is said to be “heartbroken” but will “bounce back” as she always does. One of the major reasons said to be behind the split is Kelly was reluctant to follow her boyfriend to Australia, where he is set to move there to resurrect his rugby career.

Leona Lewis and Lou Al-Chamaa

Char topper Leona Lewis has split from her childhood boyfriend of over ten years Lou Al-Chamaa. The couple met when they were just ten years old and have been the best of friends ever since. Just last year Leona was speaking about her excitement and joy of marriage and kids with him in the future. But unfortunately her sudden rise to fame and busy work schedule has proven to be too much for the couple.

A friend told sources:

“Things have been under pressure for ages between them and they have finally realized that things are not going to be able to progress. Leona’s schedule means she’s in the States a lot when Lou’s in London and then when he goes out she’s over here. Then there’s the fact she’s been totally immersed in preparing for her tour. They have barely spend any time together whatsoever.”

Love is really not in the air this season.
