Rihanna has fired her manager Marc Jordan and hired Jay-Z’s Roc Nation company to look after her affairs.
It’s a reunion for the stars as Ri’ was originally signed by Jigga in 2005, when he was head of record label Def Jam.
In a statement the Umbrella star said: “I’m so excited to take this next step in my career.”
The Barbados-born star also announced that she’s launching Rihanna Entertainment to “merge all of her businesses, including music, film, fragrance fashion and book ventures.”
Roc Nation is a sprawling management company and label that looks after artists including Mark Ronson and Wale, and also this year signed a joint venture deal with Tinchy Stryder.
Rihanna releases her new album Loud next month.
