Yesterday the internet was buzzing with rumors that Hollywood power couple Will and Jada Pinkett-Smithwere divorcing after 13 year of marriage. Now the Smith’s have hit back at the false story – first printed in In Touch Weekly – revealing they’re still very much so together.
A rep for the couple released a statement in order to put the malicious rumors to bed.
“Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false,” the couple said in a joint statement. “We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”
Will’s son Trey even took to Twitter to address the gossip. “Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split! False information … its not true RETWEET!!!” he wrote. “Everyone can think what they want … even if its not true.”
Will and Jada even took an afternoon shopping trip this afternoon (as seen above) in a show of public solidarity, further proving that the internet rumors were just hot air.
Phew! Well I’m glad to hear that all’s well in the Smith house hold…
