Pic Of The Day: Robin Thicke Takes Son Julian To Work!

Robin thicke and son julian the grove

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are one of the cutest couples in Hollywood and their son Julian is absolutely adorable. The Lost Without You star took his two-year-old  bundle of joy with him to an interview on Extra TV with Mario Lopez and you could literally feel his love and pride towards his son. They’re such a lovely family and the fact that Robin and Paula have been together for over 15 years just makes them even more adorable. Awwwwwww!

The sexy R&B singer previously told People magazine that adjusting to becoming parents wasn’t the easiest task, but it is the most amazing gift he could have asked for.

It was hard when we became parents, because we had to balance our careers with this new person in our lives. I lost my mojo for awhile. But finally we hit a rhythm, and we are more in love than ever and so supportive of each other. We are both crazy about our son. Julian has changed my music and made me think less of myself. He is an angel, the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.

Peep some more of the adorable pics below:

Don’t Be Mad At Gwyneth Paltrow, Be Mad At Jay-Z & Kanye West For Calling Their Song “N***as In Paris”!

Over the last few days I’ve read numerous blogs and publications bashing Gwyneth Paltrow for using the ‘N’ word on Twitter during a “Watch The Throne” gig in France. And by no means do I support the usage of such language, but I think the backlash is aimed at the wrong person.

The Hollywood actress – who’s BFF’s with Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce – got onstage with Jigga and Kanye West during the show and later tweeted a photo of herself standing near the rappers, with the caption “Ni**as in paris for real.”

And that’s when the outrage began. “How dare she use the N word?” Many gasped. “She should know better” a lot people said. Erm, shouldn’t Jay-Z and Kanye know better? If you’re going to name your song “N***as In Paris”, then what do you expect? She obviously didn’t mean it in an offensive way, but it’s clearly an offensive word.

I totally understand why people will say she shouldn’t have tweeted that, but what I don’t understand is that why is nobody criticizing the rappers? They’re the ones who are promoting the word like it’s ‘cool’. Let’s deal with the root of the problem. Let’s be mad at the ones who ignorantly promote the word, not just the fans who naively (and ignorantly) imitate them. I LOVE hip hop music – and Jay-Z & Kanye are two of my favourite artists – but I think it’s about time we heard less of the ‘N’ word in rap songs (especially in the songs title).

Here’s British rapper AKALA talking about why he’s decided to stop using the ‘N’ word in his lyrics.

Chris Brown Accused of Stealing Fans iPhone!

Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching an iPhone in Miami.

I don’t how much weight this story has, as I know TMZ really don’t like Chris Brown. But the 22-year-old R&B singer doesn’t seem to be doing himself any favours. The US celebrity website is reporting Brown angrily snapped at a fan for taking a picture of him outside a night club, then snached her phone and sped off in his Mercedes. Oh dear.

Here’s what TMZ is reporting:

Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching some girl’s iPhone outside a nightclub in Miami this weekend … and driving off with it — law enforcement tells TMZ.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ, 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching” — claiming she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning (see photo above) … and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.

Christal told cops … Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone– then grabbed it through the car window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”

According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and drove off — $500 iPhone in hand.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells us, no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet. We’re told the incident is currently under investigation.

The BRIT Awards 2012: Full Winners List!

So the biggest night in UK music just happened, but unlike the Grammy’s the previous week, the BRIT Awards lacked a certain je ne sais quoi. Admittedly, the performances were really good: Bruno Mars and Adele both put on a pitch perfect amazing performance, Rihanna raised the energy levels with an uptempo fun rendition of her number one smash hit single “We Found Love”,  Ed Sheeren and Florence and the Machine showcased Britsh talent at its best and Blur took us down memory lane with some  Brit-pop 90’s classics.

But even with all those great performances, the show was still a little lackluster. But it was a great showcase for British music none-the-less.

A HUGE congrats to Ed Sheeran for bagging two gongs and Rihanna and Bruno Mars for winning international male and female artist.  Also well done to One Direction on getting their first ever BRIT Award (such lovely handsome young  lads). And a special congratulations to Adele,  who also bagged two awards. But shame on the BRITs organizers for doing a Kanye on her, by cutting her off before she got the chance to make an acceptance speech after winning the biggest prize of the night. But hey, no need to feel sorry for Adele, she’s no Taylor Swift, the feisty singer stuck her fingers up, telling the organizers to F%@K OFF for their rude interruption – you go girl! Adele’s from Tottenham, don’t get it twisted.

Check out a video clip below:

BAFTAS 2012: Winners List!

French silent movie The Artist(which I still haven’t seen yet and probably wont anytime anytime soon) was the King of The BAFTAs, taking home six awards, including best actor and the coverted best picture gong. The British equivalent to the Oscars was a celeb packed affair, with the likes of Hollywood royalty Brad Brit (swoon), George Clooney, Meryl Streep and Martin Scorsese all in attendance.

While Hollywood hunks Pitt and Clooney went home empty handed, Brit actor Adam Deacon took the Orange Rising Star award (CONGRATS). The Hackney born actor has been doing his thiing for many years now, so it was great to see him be recognised on such a huge level.

Jay-Z & Beyonce Reveal Baby Blue Ivy Carter pictures!

Ever since Beyonce gave birth, the press have been on a hunt to get the first exclusive pictures of the singer and rapper hubby Jay-Z‘s first child, Blue Ivy Carter. And with the former Destiny’s Child singer now pictured out and about again since giving birth, many have been anxious to see the newest member of the Knowles-Carter clan.

Unlike selling the first pictures of their baby to OK or People Magazine (it’s not as if they need the extra money), Jay-Z has taken to his Life and Style website to unviel the first exclusive pics of their new bundle of joy, giving fans a precious insight and little glimpse of the superstar couples personal life away from the stage.

Suri Cruz and Harper Seven Beckham better watch out, because there’s a new princess in town…

Kim Kardashian & Kris Humpries Wedding In Pictures!

This past weekend Kim Kardashian tied the knot to her basket ball lover Kris Humpries in a OTT lavish ceromany that would have given the royals a run for their money.

The 30-year-old bride wore an elegant white Vera Wang gown  and was escorted down the aisle by step-dad Bruce Jenner. The groom also wore white.

Celebrity guests at the black and white themed wedding included Eva LongoriaDemi Lovato and Ryan Seacrest.

Be sure to check out the the full wedding on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but until then, below are some pictures of Kim’s big day.

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith Split?

According to reports Hollywood’s beloved couple Will and Jada Picnkett-Smith have seperated after 13 years of married life.

The seemingly perfect marriage of Hollywood power couple Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith has come to a shock end, according to a report.

Smith, 42, and his 39-year-old wife of 13 years are said to have decided to end their marriage, said America’s In Touch Weekly magazine.

A spokesperson for the couple is yet to comment on the claims, however, some close to the couple are insisting the story is inaccurate.

The pair, who earned £20 million between them last year alone, have two children together – Jaden, 13, and Willow, ten.

The bride (and groom) wore white: The couple both dressed in Badgley Mischka for their 1997 nuptials. Jada was two months pregnant with Jaden at the time Will & Jada at their 1997 wedding

The Smith’s reps have yet to comment on the story, so until there’s an official statement, I’m going to hope this is not true, because if the Smith’s can’t make it, what hope is there for the rest of us?!

Beyonce Talks Friendship, Possible Motherhood & Being A wife!

Beyonce is the cover girl for In Style magazine’s September issue and inside the pages the Single Ladies singer opens up about friendships and even hints that in the  future she may focus less on her career and more on being a wife and mother.

Here are some snippets from the interview:

On her friends
I am a girl’s girl. Women who don’t have female friends scare me. I love my friends, and I love sitting with them and listening to their stories

On her recent break and putting more focus on her marriage and kids
It was great to be a wife and travel with [my husband]. I had to turn down great things. I did it for my sanity, my life, my relationships, my nephew, my husband, my sister and my friendships. I deserved to give myself time to focus on things besides performing, filming and recording.”

When you’re young —18 or 19 — you have the energy and drive. That’s the time to work as hard as you can. Now I’m a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children.
