Chris Brown Accused of Stealing Fans iPhone!

I don’t how much weight this story has, as I know TMZ really don’t like Chris Brown. But the 22-year-old R&B singer doesn’t seem to be doing himself any favours. The US celebrity website is reporting Brown angrily snapped at a fan for taking a picture of him outside a night club, then snached her phone and sped off in his Mercedes. Oh dear.

Here’s what TMZ is reporting:

Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching some girl’s iPhone outside a nightclub in Miami this weekend … and driving off with it — law enforcement tells TMZ.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ, 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching” — claiming she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning (see photo above) … and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.

Christal told cops … Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone– then grabbed it through the car window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”

According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and drove off — $500 iPhone in hand.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells us, no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet. We’re told the incident is currently under investigation.

Emeli Sande ‘Annoyed’ By Brits Snub!

While we’ve all been going crazy about Adele‘s acceptance speech snub at the Brits (which was damn right rude), we totally forgot about another Brit star who was also ‘subbbed’ by the ITV-screen award show.

Scottish singer Emile Sande – who’s debut album is currently number one in the charts – is “annoyed” with the Brits for preventing her from picking up her Critics Choice gong onstage at the Tuesday 21st ceromony.

The 24 year old was chosen for the honour by a panel of experts and like previous winners such as Jessie J and Ellie Goulding, the bleached haired Heaven singer was expected to pick up the trophy during the London ceremony.

But due to “time constraints” Sande was not asked to go onstage to accept her award and was therefore left hurt by the snub.

A fan asked Sande on Twitter:”Did u get ur (your) award… the camera only went on yea (sic) for (a) sec (second).”

Sande replied, “Yeh… kinda Annoying. But it’s on top of my piano now!”

A source tells The Sun newspaper:

“She’d been looking forward to it for months and was really disappointed when her win was not properly recognised. She’s worked incredibly hard over the last year and what she has achieved has been phenomenal.”

Oh ITV, you really did mess up this year, didn’t ya?!

Shakira signs to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Label!

If you thought Jay-Z‘s label was strictly “urban” , then think again. Where as Roc-A-Fella may have been straight up hip-hop, HOV’s branching out to all genres of music this time around. The rap mogul has just signed Shakira to his Roc Nation imprint. XXLmagazine reports that the Colombian superstar – who has  two Grammys and eight Latin Grammys under her belt –  is now label mates with the likes of Rihanna, J Cole and  Santigold.

Shakira, Shakira! She’s throwing up the Roc. The superstar Colombian singer has signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation for management, XXLMag.com has learned.

With worldwide appeal, Shakira has sold more than 60 million albums and won 12 Billboard Latin Music Awards, eight Latin Grammy Awards and two Grammy Awards.

With the signing to Roc Nation for management, Shakira joins the likes of Rihanna, Wale, Santigold and Melanie Fiona, who are all signed under Roc Nation’s management umbrella. Managed producers under Roc Nation include Jahlil Beats, No I.D. and S1.

R.I.P Whitney Houston – 1963 – 2012

Growing up I absolutely idolized Whitney Houston, her voice was incredible and the Bodyguard was one of my all time favorite films. What a sad day, we have lost a true musical legend and it will be rare if we’ll ever see a vocalist like Whitney again 😦

What a musical genius. Her stats speak for themselves…

Will & Jada Release Statement To Squash Divorce Rumors!

Yesterday the internet was buzzing with rumors that Hollywood power couple Will and Jada Pinkett-Smithwere divorcing after 13 year of marriage. Now the Smith’s have hit back at the false story – first printed in In Touch Weekly – revealing they’re still very much so together.

A rep for the couple released a statement in order to put the malicious rumors to bed.

“Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false,” the couple said in a joint statement. “We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

Will’s son Trey even took to Twitter to address the gossip. “Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split! False information … its not true RETWEET!!!” he wrote. “Everyone can think what they want … even if its not true.”

Will and Jada even took an afternoon shopping trip this afternoon (as seen above) in a show of public solidarity, further proving that the internet rumors were just hot air.

Phew! Well I’m glad to hear that all’s well in the Smith house hold…

UK Riots: Police Release CCTV Footage of Rioters As Arrests Continue!

After four days of carnage, craziness and rioters running wild in England,  calmness has finally resumed in the UK.  And with all the drama under control, police are currently in full swing with their arrest operation. So far over a thousand people have been arrested – with a over two  hundred charged.

As the arrests continue, the Met have released a number of CCTV pictures to the public. In Manchester a mother saw her 15-year-old son on the news and handed him in to authorities. Click here to read that story.

Once again Jay-Z is sitting pretty as the number one rapper who made the most bank in 2011. The rap mogel beat out P.Diddy as he was named hip-hop’s top earner by Forbes.

Thanks to his deal with Live Nation, his 40/40 nightclub chains and a bunch of other business ventures, Jigga made $37 million dollers in the last 12 months. Diddy was fresh on his heels, raking in $35 million to take second place. While Kanye West rounded up the top three, with an estimated total of $16 million.

Jay-Z Buys Pharell’s Billionaire’s Boys Club!

Jay-Z should change his name to Jay-$ because the man is a true businessman. The rap mogul is expanding his empire and has purchased trendy clothing line Billionaire Boys Club – which is owned byPharell Williams.

The Empire State of Mind hitmaker has obtained the licensing to manufacture and distribute the Billionaire Boys Club label via his Rocawear brand.

According to GQ.com, the hip-hop stars will work “as a tandem” to capitalise on “Jay Z’s business prowess and Pharrell’s creativity” to boost the profile of the line, which Williams established in 2005 with his designer friend Nigo.

Jay Z sold the rights to Rocawear to the Iconix Brand Group in 2007, but he remains a shareholder and is still in charge of product development, marketing and licensing.

Now that’s a very clever business move.

We all know female singer’s are currently dominating the pop charts, but while we may think Beyonce,Lady Gaga and Rihanna are the the front runners of the pack, it’s actually Katy Perry who’s really on top of the pops.

The California Girls singer has become the first female artist to have five number one singles from the same album – an achievement that’s only been done by Michael Jackson.

Justin Timberlake’s Bouncer Beats Up London Photographer!

Justin Timberlake‘s goons bodyguard beat up a London photographer after the pesky paparazzo tried to take pics of the singer as he entered the Nobu resturant in central London.

The Sexy Back singer is in the UK to promote new movie Friends With Benefits  and was out at the fancy eatery with co-star and rumored love interest Mila Kunis and a group of friends, when they were surrounded by a large group of hungry paps.

The scene became extremely hectic and the photogs were apparently blocking Justin from entering the restaurant. That’s when his bodyguard lost his rag and attacked one of the paps, pushing him to the ground and kicking him repeatedly whilst he was on the floor.

The bodyguard was arrested later that evening at the Dorchester Hotel, where the US singer is staying.

The Met police released the following statement:

“Police were called to Berkeley Square at approximately 9.45 last night. A man alleged he was assaulted. He suffered minor injuries. He did not require hospital treatment.

“Officers later arrested a 45-year-old man at a central London hotel on suspicion of common assault. He is being held at a central London police station. Enquiries are ongoing.”

The bodyguard has since been released, but judging from the pictures, he can’t really deny it can he?
